Brick-Bond delivers products to most countries and regions worldwide through partnered international logistics providers (such as DHL, UPS, and EMS).

Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding pre-order items and special products). Delivery timelines are estimated only and do not account for potential delays caused by order processing or customs clearance procedures. Weekends and official holidays are not included in the delivery time calculation.

• The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Shipping time: 7-20 days

Shipping fees are calculated individually based on the weight, volume of the products, and the destination country/region, and will be clearly displayed at checkout. We occasionally run free shipping promotions, with specific terms subject to the announcements posted on our official website. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a logistics tracking number, allowing you to check the real-time transportation status of your package.
